All our pieces are true to size and in any case, you will be able to adjust them to make sure that they fit you perfectly. Raquel (who is 170cm tall and weighs around 55kg) is wearing an S in all our pieces and Marie (who is 166cm tall and weighs around 50kg) usually wears S as well but also fits into XS. By pre-ordering you purchase your favorite piece while it's still in the process of being produced. But don’t worry, your Mirah Maja pieces will soon be at your doorstep - you can see the expected delivery time on the respective product page. Depending on the product, it will usually take 1-3 weeks after the pre-sale launch.

First of all, we’re so sorry if you didn’t get your favorite piece. However, there might still be a chance for you to get it. There are 2 options: if there is a lot of demand we will produce a second drop. To make sure you don’t miss that and any other updates you can sign up for our newsletter. In the meantime, you can join our exclusive Mirah Maja Facebook group where you will be able to talk to some of the other beautiful girls that purchased any of our items and you’ll be able to see if anyone might sell the piece you want because it doesn’t fit them.

If you should not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, please send us a message with your name and order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No worries, these things happen! If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email to email@example.com to let us know, or pop us a message on Instagram. If your order hasn’t been shipped already we can change your address. If it has been shipped already you will have to contact our shipping company to change your address and redirect your order.
As long as the order has not been processed you will be able to make a change to your order and we’ll do everything in our power to fulfill your request. We do process orders very quickly though, so make sure that you reach out to us as quickly as possible via email.
All Mirah Maja orders are shipped from Portugal. Please be aware of any fees that may be charged to you by your local customs office if you're outside the EU. Visit your country’s customs office website for information. Mirah Maja is not responsible for any applicable duty, import consumption tax or other fees charged to you by your country or postal service.
Shipping & Returns
Once your items have been sent out you will receive another confirmation mail. For orders within Europe, it should take around 3-5 working days, and anywhere else in the world 5-8 working days. Due to the current situation, there might be delays, however, this is out of our hands and we hope that you understand.

You certainly can! Even though we hope that you will be happy with our pieces it can obviously happen that you might want to return something. In that case, just make sure that everything is still unworn and that you are within the 2 weeks-return timeframes. You can find more about our return policies here or check out our returns portal.
Products listed on sale at 20%+ off can only be returned for store credits or exchanges, no refunds. Any products listed at final sale (outlet), cannot be returned or exchanged. Any order where we offer a product for free can only be returned for store credits or exchanges, no refunds.
Please also note that if you placed your order within a "Buy X, Get 1 for free" sale, we will only accept returns of more than 1 item. If 1 item is being returned, we will not offer store credits, because you got an item for free.
If you decide to return your order or some items of your order, we will send you a refund for the returned items. Please note that we will keep the shipping cost paid.
Also note that if your order included free shipping, we refund you the value of the returned orders minus the regular shipping cost for an shipment to your country. This is due to the fact that returns are very costly for both us and the environment and we want to minimize them as much as possible.
Each Mirah Maja piece was thoughtfully designed by Raquel and Marie. Everything is handmade with love and we work really closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that we bring you the very best quality of items for you.
